Chiropractic Care and Children
Chiropractic Care and
Children
Chiropractic care is very beneficial for children.
Children suffer from symptoms that are similar to
those reported by adult patients. Recent
research demonstrates that back pain is very
prevalent in our adolescent population.
Headaches and neck pain are also frequent.
Dysmenorrhea in the adolescent female is a
common complaint and research suggests that many
young girls could benefit by using this natural,
drug-free alternative treatment approach.
Oftentimes, patients will mention to me that
they wished they would have known about chiropractic
earlier, so that they could have taken some steps to
prevent some of the challenges they face currently.
Having children evaluated and treated
conservatively is a wonderful, proactive method for
improving your children's health in general, and
reducing the likelihood for more significant,
neuromusculoskeletal complaints in their later years.
This can be especially true for children who
are engaged in athletic activities, but all children
are strong candidates for preventative, safe
treatment plans that will improve their health
proactively. For more information, one example for
